A 50% deposit will be required to hold the reservation. This can be done via a bank/cashier’s check or via a credit card payment (Visa, Master and Discover + 5% service charge)
The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. If balance due is not received 60 days prior to arrival your reservation will no longer be secured and the villa has the right to rent out the property for the dates you reserved. If this occurs you will receive a full refund of your deposit less $100 US for administrative fees.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges apply:
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Notice must be received no later than 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund less $100 US for administrative fees.
If the cancellation is within 60 – 90 days you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit less $100 US for administrative fees.
If the cancellation is within 60 days there will be no refund unless the property can be re-rented for the same period.
If the property can be re-rented for the same period, there will be a full refund less $100 US for administrative fees.
Other Costs
Approximate weekly food costs for 2 people is US$250.
The round-trip cost for the Montego Bay airport
is US$270 for 1-4 people and US$20 for each additional passenger.
This
journey is comprised of a scenic 2 1/2 hour drive through mountains
and along the coastline, best enjoyed in daylight hours.
Food costs do not include alcoholic beverages.
The average cost for a Red Stripe beer is $2.00 and the average
price
for a bottle of rum, vodka, or gin is $10.00 - $12.00, you figure
out the rest.

Gratuities for the staff in return for
good service is left to the discretion of the guest. A good rule-of-thumb
